DRIVE: The drive is through a balanced heavy flywheel moving at high speed and storing high energy for continuous operation with ease.The Pnuematic multidisc clutch-break unit is mountedon the flywheelwhich on actuation drives the oil filled gear train mountedon antifriction ball and roller bearings which in turndrive the main cam shaft supported on high quality phosphorus bronze bushes.

NON FLOAT RAM: The non float ram is heavy duty all steel construction.The downward and backward pull of connecting links and the upward and backward pull of the counter balancers seat the ramslide against full length bearing slides for a smooth and accurate stroke length.The small tilt of the upper knife inside the ram allows the knife clearance to be adjusted to the finiest limits.

HYDRAULIC HOLDOWN: The hyd. holdown ensures apositive and uniform pressure along the full length of the workpiece preventing slippage,regardless of thickness variations.The pressure of each holdown plunger is ample to securely hold even a short piece which comes under only two holdown plungers.

SHEARING BLADES: The shearing blades are of high Carbon high chrome shock resistant steel.The four edged blade are interchangeable with each other.The are segmented for easy handling and easy repair.
